I’m a postpartum doula and newborn care specialist with eight years of experience caring for babies, including six years devoted to supporting families at home after birth.
My specialty is overnight care. While you get real sleep, I care for your newborn through feedings, diaper changes, soothing, safe sleep, and the first steps toward healthy routines.
I work in English and Spanish and adapt to your family’s values and rhythms, always offering calm, practical guidance without judgment.
